This is a clean modern apartment with all the expected mod cons - flat screen TV with digital channels, broadband internet connection, Bose iPod speakers, washer/dryer etc.

The location is excellent - 5 minutes walk to Sloane Square (centre of the universe for the London upper-crust) and its tube (District and Circle lines) and 2 minutes from the Kings Road with its fashion boutiques, and buzzy bars and restaurants.

The flat is on the first floor (good lift) of a 1920s built block which has been totally modernised and sleeps 4 people in a double and a twin bedroom. There's one bathroom.

The living area (14ft3 x 13ft9, 4.35m x 4.2m) has a 3 seater sofa and arm chair, side tables with lamps, dining table that extends to seat 6, bookshelf, flat screen TV with digital channels, broadband internet connection (bring your own laptop) and, Bose iPod speakers (bring your own iPod).

The galley kitchen is small but functional and has all the expected appliances including a microwave and washer/dryer (but no dishwasher).

There are two bedrooms - a double and a twin. The double (10ft10 x 10ft10, 3.3m x 3.3m) has a 6ft wide bed and spacious built-in cupboards. The twin (10ft6 x 10ft6, 3.2m x 3.2m) has two single beds and also has good cupboard space.

The bathroom has bath + hand and over showers, basin and loo.

The flat is in a great position. You are 2 minutes from The Kings Road with its blend of high fashion and street-wise culture reminiscent of the 60s, numerous shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants. Ranelagh Gardens and the grounds of The Royal Hospital (where the annual Chelsea Flower Show is held) which are open to the public are a 5 minute stroll.

The same distance at 79 Royal Hospital Road is trendy Foxtrot Oscar, which Prince William (yes - our future king!) is known to frequent, and close by at number 68 is Gordon Ramsay's restaurant (he's one of our most celebrated chefs) with what many say is the best food in London - but you MUST book ahead.

This is a No Smoking property.
