The living area (17ft8 x 10ft7, 5.4m x 3.2m) combines a kitchen and living space that is cosy yet light and minimal so it feels spacious. The room has wooden floors, a large 2-seater sofa, pale yellow walls and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with digital channels and a DVD player.
There's a sleek, contemporary dining table with four chairs located next to the kitchen area which features all of the expected appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, cafetiere and oven with gas hob. The wooden kitchen surfaces and white cabinets blend harmoniously with the rest of the room.
Across the hallway there is the first double bedroom (12ft x 9ft2, 3.6m x 2.8m) with pale yellow walls, a classic white wooden bed, wardrobe and bedside table with lamp. Artwork on the wall adds an interesting focus to the room.
The bathroom is located next along the hallway and continues the contemporary theme with floor-to-wall tiles, basin, loo and bath with shower.
