This spacious property provides an excellent location with good transport links, four bedrooms, outside patio, and private parking space. Pimlico tube station (Victoria line), providing quick access to Victoria and the heart of the West End, is less than 5 minutes on foot.

The house is situated in a quiet, private estate and has a homely and comfortable feel. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and sleeps 7 people in two double bedrooms, a room with two adult-sized bunk beds and a single bedroom. There are three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. Private car parking is available - please request on booking.

Wireless internet access is available throughout.

On the ground floor are the dining room and kitchen. The dining room (11ft2 x 8ft9, 3.4m x 2.7m) has cheerful yellow walls and patterned curtains and boasts a large dining table which can seat up to eight. This room gives access to the outdoor patio area, which has a table and three chairs – the perfect spot for eating al fresco or enjoying a glass of wine in the sunshine!

The white-tiled kitchen (11ft2 x 7ft9, 3.4m x 2.4m) has everything you will need for a comfortable stay: electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer and an iPod dock so you can listen to your own music. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the cupboard next to the garage.



The drawing room (18ft6 x 15ft10, 5.6m x 4.6m) is located on the 1st floor and provides a comfortable space to relax. The pale yellow walls and are complemented by several paintings and the room is furnished with a two patterned 2-seater sofas, three chairs, a glass coffee table and a flat-screen TV.

The master bedroom (14ft11 x 13ft10, 4.3 x 3.9) is on the 1st floor. Classic in style, this spacious room continues the sunny yellow theme. There is a king size bed (5ft x 6ft6), fitted wardrobes, drawers and two bedside tables with lamps. The room has its own en-suite bathroom with a marble basin, bath with over-shower, bidet and loo.

On the top floor there is a single room (9ft x 7ft6, 2.7m x 2.3m) with wardrobe space and pretty bedside table with lamp. Next door is the bedroom (9ft x 9ft, 2.75m x 2.75m) with twin adult-sized bunk beds. Between these rooms is a bathroom with basin, bath and loo.

Also on this floor is the second double bedroom (15ft x 9ft10, 4.6m x 3m) with en-suite bathroom - bath with over-shower, marble basin, bidet and loo. There are fitted wardrobes in the bedroom, as well as a table, chair and bedside table with lamp.

The immediate area has lots to offer. There are several good supermarkets approx 5 minutes from the property and also 5 minutes away by foot is Tachbrook Street Market which sells a range of fresh fruit, vegetables, bread and cakes. The local restaurants and pubs are worth a visit too.

Tate Britain and the River Thames are a 10 minute walk and the number 24 bus will take visitors to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament. Victoria is one tube stop from Pimlic0, and Oxford Street with its array of famous department stores is just three stops - journey time less than 10 minutes.
