This beautiful modern apartment is situated in the heart of Chelsea. The area boasts some excellent shops and restaurants, not to mention impressive nightclubs and bars. Your nearest tube station is South Kensington (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines) - about a 10 minute walk. There are frequent buses running along the Fulham Road.

The property sleeps 3 people in one double bedroom and a sofa-bed. There's one bathroom.

The apartment has been decorated to the highest standards throughout and is both spacious and sunny - lending itself to the large windows, white walls and cream carpets. The living area (18ft x 17ft4, 5.5m x 5.32m) is the largest room in the property with a two-seater sofa-bed and a two-seater sofa, comfortably placed next to the open gas fire – the centrepiece of the room.

There is a TV, DVD player and an iPod dock for guests to play their own music. Wireless internet access is also available throughout - but there is no telephone. The room feels contemporary yet homely with comfortable seating and unique touches such as the animal-hide rug and sleek glass dining table with seating for two. The room is bathed in light throughout the day and there is a balcony where guests can sit and relax with a chilled glass of wine or early morning coffee.

Along the hallway there is a sleek kitchen (7ft5 x 5ft6, 2.3m x 1.73m) with all of the usual appliances including a washing machine, oven with gas hob, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle. The tiled floor, grey tiled walls and chrome appliances add to the general contemporary theme of the property. The bathroom has a bath with over-shower, basin and loo.

At the end of the hallway and down a few steps is the bedroom (11ft8 x 10ft9, 3.61m x 3.34m) – a wonderful sunny room with a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, set of drawers and bedside table with lamp. From this room there are lovely views of the garden below.

At the top of the road there is an abundance of restaurants, boutiques, cafés, bars and a cinema. The King's Road - the perfect place to peruse designer shops and boutiques, not to mention high-quality restaurants and fairly-priced eateries is less than two minutes walk. Your local traditional pub is The Sporting Page - it serves a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as good quality English food. Sloane Square is within easy walking distance.
